Alaska State Cabins

 

After a long winter, it was time for our annual Cabin snow machine trip. There are so many things we love about this family tradition, the time to recharge, spend time in God’s creation, making family memories and exploring new things together…There are too many to count. After a fun first day at the cabin, we spend the next day snow machining to another State Cabin and enjoyed the rest of the day homeschooling, making dinner and playing games.

With only a short downtime between winter and summer season, we have been busy giving the Northern Lights Apartment a facelift. Custom woodwork and design has always been a great passion of ours and we are so thankful to have the opportunity to work together doing what we love.

Counting Our Blessings Today

Where would we start to express how thankful we are to be able to meet so many beautiful people over the past years. When we opened Alaska Haven, we felt strongly that the Lord opened this door for us. Little did we now how He would continuously bless us through it. Sitting here this morning homeschooling our children, drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view of our winter wonderland, we receive this thoughtful and special gift from one of our loved guest. I can’t begin to express how much this meant to us. With my husbands great passion for trees, I am certain California is on our to do list this year:) THANK YOU for your friendship, encouragement and LOVE!! The Proctor Family
